Basil Mint Sparkling Lemonade
Summer is coming to an end, but not without a big hot bang. The weather in Seattle is hotter every year. All the newcomers love it, but they do not realize how "bad" this is for the environment and the mountains. The Puget Sound region depends on the mountains and its water flow.
With so many fires across British Colombia and Eastern Washington, we've been smoked out to say the least. With this in mind, it is essential to keep the body as purified as possible, though not one hundred percent realistic.
On the brighter side of life, I am catering this "You Are Enough" yoga retreat in Bowen Island, British Colombia. I will concoct a variety of vegan recipes and am excited to share my love of cooking with others. Sometimes I find I enjoy cooking for others more than I do for myself.
Cooking is energy and love that comes from the heart. In fact, it has a wonderful head, hand heart connection. What you think you want to create, the thought travels from the head, through the heart and created from the hands. It is quit an amazing venture. And to the next adventure in life, enjoy this sweet sour and herbal sparkling lemonade -one of my favorites!
"A recipe has no soul. You, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe."
