Nothing seems to go together more than orange and carrot. Both sweet, and although one is a vegetable and the other is a fruit, they fuse wonderfully like peas and carrots.
During this time when immunity is necessary, why not "bulk" up on some orange produce to help you through this time.

Orange Carrot Turmeric Immunity Juice
Total time: 5 minutes
Serves - 1
1 large carrot
1/2 orange (skin peeled)
1/2 inch knob of fresh turmeric root
1 slice of lemon
Put all of the produce into the juicier and mix the juice once finished. Enjoy immediately!
