Change is inevitable even if you're not willing to grow. The biggest change humans experience (and naturally adopt) is through the birth of a child. One day your life is free from restraints, and the next day you can't keep your eyes off this child.
There are some changes in life that we naturally embrace. Most people avoid and resist personal change. There is nothing wrong with the comfort zone, but most change happens when we exit what we know and jump into something new. Change doesn't have to come from doing something extraordinary, but from something different. We can think differently. We can read something different. Or we can do something different. If you're looking for change, personal growth or self-improvement, join me January 10th for the 12 Days of Resolutions. Just like you, I am also not a fan of Christmas resolutions. I know myself more, and I am a rule breaker. Though I feel guilty whenever there's a resolution that is not being followed before, I realized that it would be better to be realistic and know that my desire to change wouldn't happen if I wouldn't have the eagerness to follow what I want to do. Set a realistic resolutions and stick with it. No matter how hard it would be, as long as you know to take that path, you will succeed on doing it!

With this coming new year, new things must come into our lives as well. We must not be afraid of doing things that are new for us. Opportunities are always room for growth and we should not shy away from them. I surely agree that if we do not grow, time will just be wasted. We must live life and start a new beginning. Our life here on earth is very short, so we must not waste any second of our lives.
