I've said it once and I'll say it again, social media has ruined society. We are running around the inter webs posting the coolest stuff about our lives and I feel when shit hits the fan, people are not equipped with emotional maturity to handle their situation especially when everyone else's life is so good.

Challenges, obstacles and adversity is the best thing to happen in your life. In the moment, it doesn't makes sense, but hitting low points are a time to stop, think reflect and change aspects of yourself and your life.

When low, know that the light inside of you wants to shine and your life has more meaning than the present low point. Stay positive friends.
