Sunspiration #86: Your Soul is the Path to Your Higher Mind

I believe our soul is the gateway to our higher mind. And our higher mind is the gateway to our soul. Those clouded with addictions, of any kind, may experience may hear a voice inside their head guiding them to a better life. 

Get a counselor. 

Eat healthier. 

Stop having one night stands. 

Stop binge drinking.....whatever the message, this is the soul trying to speak. The soul thrives off the light and gets "depressed" when in the dark for too long.  Your soul is like a. shield calling you to walk into the light, freeing you from heartache despair. 

Life is a journey and we walk many paths in order to find the right "way" in life. Like a shield, your soul is guiding you to higher places, so stop, listen and think - what is your soul trying to tell you?
