Sunspiration #92: The Silver Lining to Adversity

How many of us admire the Romans, Vikings and Greek Gods? The admiration stems not only from their physical power, but the strength that resides in their heart and soul. They fought for what they believed in meanwhile connection to their inner wisdom. 

It is natural for humans to admire strong (willed) people. But, this strength is often the result from overcoming adversity, hardships and obstacles. It is important to recognize that whatever obstacle you are going through in this moment, it is for your betterment. In order for carbon material to become a diamond, it undergoes stress, pressure and extreme weathering. 

When under hardships, know that there is a silver lining to this experience, and this experience will lead you to a better life.
