I, like many people, are concerned with what is happening to society. The deterioration of the family nucleus, decency and our health is on the rise.
There is a battle between the light and the dark, not only within our own minds, but also in society. We have lost our way and technology has disconnected us from the source. Rampant sex, chronic drug use, backstabbing, mind manipulation, bitching-and-complaining - this is energy fueled by darkness to keep you stuck and in a cycle of despair. In a recent Youtube video, I discuss the difference between being a talker and a doer.
Growing up, my father continuously told me, "There is nothing in life greater than your health.Without your health, you have nothing." My father is absolutely correct. Along with optimal health, we must rediscover contentment. Never in human history has life been so abundant, and so depressed at the same time. Faithfulness in any relationship - work, romantic, platonic - is necessary to keep the bonds of life strong and hearty. Flakiness is on the rise and the "me me me" culture is overly destructive.
These lessons don't come easily and sometimes it takes walking into the path of darkness to reveal the light in every situation. If you want a change and a better life, adopt these three "golden rules."
