Sunspiration #95: From Low to High

When you hit rock bottom, you have two choices. You can either evolve, learn and grow or remain stuck in the trenches of your psyche. 

Some of the worst life experiences do not happen to us, but for us. They force us to grow and overcome the darkness that resides within. Know that no matter how horrible that pain is you're experiencing, there is a silver lining to this adversity.

But, you have to choose to see this silver lining and take action to improve your life situation. 

​The road will not be easy, but an important one to take. Your higher self is calling you to take action. Remember, destruction and creation are one, not separate situations.
